These Terms govern access to and use of WaselTech, an AI-powered WhatsApp business automation platform. By registering a company account, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

WaselTech lets an approved Company connect its official WhatsApp Business Cloud API account, configure an AI assistant trained on the Company's own website content, PDF documents, and FAQs, build interactive WhatsApp menus, manage a conversation inbox with human handover, and optionally trigger n8n automations.

Account Approval

New company registrations are reviewed before activation. WaselTech may approve, reject, suspend, or limit an account based on its subscription plan and platform policies.

Acceptable Use

• Use the WhatsApp integration only for legitimate business communication with consenting recipients.
• Do not upload knowledge base content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to circumvent subscription plan limits or access another Company's workspace.

Subscriptions

Plans, limits, and features are configured by the platform operator and may change. Billing arrangements are confirmed directly between the Company and the platform operator.

Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. Accounts may be suspended for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated responses are based on Company-provided content and instructions and may be inaccurate; Companies remain responsible for reviewing critical communications with their customers.
